The service

SniperLeads provides multi-channel lead-intelligence tooling: data extraction, enrichment, monitoring, workflow automation, and related APIs. You are responsible for the campaigns you run and the outreach you perform with exported data.

Accounts and tenancy

Keep your credentials and API keys secure. Organization owners manage team membership. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys, and for complying with the terms of the platforms you extract from.

Credits and billing

Usage is metered in credits. Plans include a monthly credit grant; top-ups extend your balance. Checkout and subscription handling run through our payment provider. Reserved credits are released when an upstream spend does not confirm; only confirmed spend is charged.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful activity, to violate third-party rights, or to circumvent platform protections. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its infrastructure.

Service levels

The service is offered as-is with a target of high availability. Planned maintenance and the scale-to-zero posture of the underlying estate may introduce brief cold-start delays on first requests.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice. You may cancel at any time; exported data remains yours. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
